Governance
In order to support and foster a productive and fruitful cooperation between the parties, Betsson Business Solutions believes that a well defined Governance structure is essential. In essence, Governance to us is the structure for how we cooperate with our partners. We believe it is important that the Governance structure is clearly defined before we enter into an agreement and that it is followed during the length of a contract. A clear Governance structure enables both parties to funnel issues, information and requests in the most efficient way for both parties. A good Governance structure typically means a good cooperation and a minimum of disputes about the contract. Should there be a dispute, the Governance structure guides the parties of how to solve it smoothly.
Governance is typically including the following activities, Relations management, Information management, Request and change management and Long term development management. How these different activities are performed should be included in the agreement and it should be clear who is responsible for which activity from the different parties.
Depending on the type of partnership Betsson Business Solutions proposes different governance structure in order to secure ongoing progress and success. The example below is one type of structure that we have used in the past and that was working well for that specific situation.
